Smart Outdoor Modem Web GUI User Guide

Web GUI is the management interface of the Smart Outdoor Modem, which allows users to view the device status, network information, and different modem sections directly through a browser.

No Software Installation Required
This panel can be accessed using a Laptop, Desktop, Tablet, or Smartphone.

Login to Web GUI

To access the management panel, first connect your device to the modem network.

Then enter the modem management address in your Browser. The Login page will be displayed.

  1. Enter your Username.
  2. Enter your Password.
  3. Select the Login option.

After successful authentication, the main Dashboard will be displayed.

Main Dashboard

The Dashboard provides an overview of the Smart Outdoor Modem status.

  • Connection Status
  • Network Type
  • Signal Quality
  • Modem Information
  • SIM Information
  • Battery Status
  • Power Status
  • Device Location
  • Last Data Update Time

Connection Status

This section displays the current modem connection status.

Online
The device is connected to the network.

Offline
The device currently has no active connection.

The current network type such as LTE or 5G is also displayed in this section.

Graphical Signal Status Display

To simplify network quality monitoring, some information is displayed both numerically and graphically.

This feature helps users quickly understand the overall connection status without continuously analyzing numerical values.


Network Information

Web GUI displays the network type currently used by the modem.

Depending on coverage conditions, the device can operate on LTE or 5G.

Device Information

This section displays the main information related to the device.

  • IMEI
  • IP Address
  • Registration Status
  • Device Communication Information

Some sensitive identifiers can be displayed in a masked format to protect user Privacy.

SIM Information

SIM Card related information can be viewed in this section and can be used during support activities or Maintenance processes.

Radio Information

Additional information related to the radio link is displayed in this section.

  • MIMO Mode
  • DL MCS
  • UL MCS
  • Network Mode

This information is mainly intended for technical experts and support teams.


Directional Analytics

One of the main sections of the Smart Outdoor Modem is the Directional Analytics page.

When the system evaluates different directions, the results of these measurements can be displayed in this section.

Users can compare the performance of different angles and identify which direction provides better results.

Best Direction

After evaluating different directions, the system determines the optimal angle.

In this section, users can view the selected direction and analyze the comparison results between different directions.

Live Monitoring

Dashboard information is updated periodically.

Therefore, users do not need to manually Refresh the Browser page to view new information.


Battery Status

The remaining Battery percentage is displayed in this section.

Device Location

If the Location feature is enabled, the device position can also be displayed in the panel.

Language Selection

Web GUI supports two languages:

  • Persian
  • English

Mobile and Tablet Support

The page layout automatically changes according to the screen size, allowing the panel to be used on Mobile, Tablet, and Computer devices.


Account Management

The Administrator can modify management account information from this section.

  • Username
  • Password

Password Change

It is recommended to change the default Password after the first login to the device.

  1. Open Account Management.
  2. Enter the current Password.
  3. Enter the new Password.
  4. Confirm the new Password again.
  5. Save the changes.

Logout and Session

For security reasons, users should log out after completing their activities.

In addition, if the user remains inactive for a specific period, the login session will automatically expire.


What to Do If Connection Quality Decreases?

  1. Check the Power and Battery status.
  2. Check the cables and physical connections.
  3. Make sure the device is Online.
  4. Check the current network type such as LTE or 5G.
  5. Check the Signal Quality information.
  6. Make sure Dashboard information is being updated correctly.

If the Re-Scan feature is available, the system can be activated to search for a better direction again.
